Alupanel (or Aluminum Composite Panel) signs are the go-to for a cost effective yet super durable outdoor sign. It has similar strength and rigidity to pure aluminum, but at a fraction of the cost. Alupanel is made of a hard plastic resin core, with two thin sheets of aluminum on each side and bonded to the resin core. The standard thickness of alupanel is 3mm thick, which is ideal for signage that is only a few inches wide all the way up to 8' x 4' sheets or larger. We are able to digitally print directly to this substrate in full CMYK color. Alupanel is suitable for both indoors and outdoors, however we suggest it mainly for outdoor applications as it's one of our most durable and long lasting outdoor materials.

It can be easily secured to buildings, fencing, or other supports with standard self-tapping screws.
Optionally, we can coat your digitally printed signs with a gloss or matte overlaminate which protects the digital print from accidental scratching / damage, as well as prolongs the life of the print against chemical cleaning and UV exposure from the sun.
